Doña Mesa is a tribute to the women who filled kitchens with warmth and tables with love. Every bold, shareable plate carries that spirit — and the table is always set for you.
For the doñas
Doña Mesa was born out of reverence for the matriarchs — the home cooks whose recipes were never written down, only felt, tasted, and passed along. Their tradition is the heartbeat of this kitchen.
A focused, honest menu
The menu is deliberately tight — fewer things done exceptionally well. Sizzling fajitas, vibrant salsas, and bold flavors built on freshness.
Gather Around the Table
Some of my favorite meals have been centered around Tex-Mex because it is the kind of food that feels lively, generous, and meant to be enjoyed together,” said owner Aaron McDade. “With Doña Mesa, we wanted to create more than a restaurant. We wanted a place where guests feel taken care of, the food feels exciting, and families, friends, and neighbors can gather around a great meal.”
